About Change Architects

 

At Change Architects, the vision begins with myself, Chris Austin. My career has been built at the intersection of psychology, organizational development, and technology. With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Development and Change, I’ve always been fascinated by how people respond to change and how systems can either enable or hinder that process.

 

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies like Adobe and Charles Schwab, as well as leading implementation firms such as CloudHaven. These experiences gave me a front-row seat to the challenges organizations face during digital transformation, from complex CRM migrations to enterprise-wide adoption programs. I’ve seen how even the most powerful tools can fall flat without the right change management strategy behind them.

 

My passion for technology and its rapid evolution drives me to stay in lock-step with the ever-changing digital landscape. Whether it’s the rise of AI, automation, or new CRM ecosystems, I help organizations cut through the noise and focus on what matters: aligning people, processes, and platforms for real adoption and lasting impact.

Why I Founded Change Architects

Through years of deep technical and organizational experience, I realized companies don’t just need help “managing change”, they need partners who can architect it from the ground up. Change Architects was created to fill that gap: to combine technical expertise with behavioral science and deliver strategies that stick.

 

I also bring a background in sales, which gives me a unique ability to bridge business strategy and execution. Not only do I help strengthen implementation projects with robust change management, but I also help partners and clients position themselves more effectively in the market,  and even close more deals by showing the human and organizational value behind the technology.
